Mary Grant
Administrative Director

Mary Grant is the Administrative Director for the Idaho Human Rights Education Center. Having done similar part-time work for another local non-profit, she was thrilled to take on the full-time position this past fall. She is excited to be working for an organization with such commitment and stewardship to community, both local and global and to be a part of education and advocacy programs that will have a lasting and positive impact.

Mary has a BA in English with an emphasis in Linguistics from Boise State University. She has been an active in the community since she moved here seven years ago. Her involvement includes volunteering for Idaho Earth Institute, Idaho Smart Growth, Idaho Women's Network, Planned Parenthood and other various local campaigns. She has been a member of such groups as the Organization for Gender Equality Education and the Ada Country Democrats. She enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding and hiking and spends as much time as possible with her three-year old son.
